1. Gates open at 7:00 AM
2. Coaches meeting on the infield at 8:00 AM
3. The track closes for warmups at 8:10 AM
4. Meet start time for field events – 8:30 AM
5. Meet start time for running events – 8:30 AM

TENT & UMBRELLA GEAR & SETUP
No tents are allowed in seats in front of the Press Box. Tents are allowed in the upper rows of the home side and on the ground. Tents are allowed anywhere on the visitor’s side, except blocking walkways.

AWARDS
Medals will be awarded from 1st thru 3rd for each event. Please designate a coach, team Mom, or Contact to pick up Medals for athletes. No awards will be given to individual athletes.

PROTESTS
There will be a $50.00 fee for all protests. Protests must be submitted to the Meet Referee and Games Committee at once and must be submitted not later than 30 minutes after a result has been posted/announced. The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.

PARKING – Free parking in front of the stadium.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION – $8

COACHES/VIP BANDS
Coaches / VIP bands are distributed based on the number of club entries:
3-9: 1 band
10-19: 2 bands
20-29: 3 bands
30-39: 4 bands
40+ 5 bands.

Additional VIP bands may be purchased by coaches for $8.00 each at the stadium ticket booth.

RULES – CONDUCT & FACILITY
– McDonough High School is a Tobacco-Free Zone
– No Pets on the high school campus – (Guide Dogs are allowed)
– No Firearms and/or weapons on the high school campus
– No grilling/cooking
– Zero Tolerance – Note: fighting, horseplay, loud music, and overall bad behavior will result in the removal from the event by security/law enforcement.

The warmup field is located behind the stadium bleachers.
Clerking/Check-in
– Come dressed and ready to run.
– Spikes must be on
– No Coaches or Parents are allowed in the Check-in area.

**We do not use BIBs, only hip numbers. Please make sure your athlete is aware of their age group and event. **

There will be 4 Check-in Stations:
– 12 and under Boys
– 12 and Under Girls
– 13 and up Boys
– 13 and up Girls

There will be 1st and Final Call on all events
Please bring your own implements for the throws.
You have 10 minutes to return to a field event after completing a running event.
